目的:探讨低频电刺激联合中药封包治疗人工流产术后并发症的疗效。方法:选择2015年1月至2016年1月在东莞市大岭山医院行无痛人工流产的2 000例患者作为研究对象,分为4组:低频电刺激+中药封包组(观察组)、低频对照组、中药对照组、不采取康复措施组。对比4组阴道流血时间、阴道流血量、宫缩痛及疼痛程度。结果:与其他3组相比,低频电刺激+中药封包组(观察组)能有效缩短阴道流血时间,减少阴道流血量,减轻宫缩痛症状(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产术后采用低频电刺激联合中药封包治疗可减轻术后并发症,安全、有效,适合临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of low frequency electrical stimulation and traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation in the treatment of postoperative complications of artificial abortion. Methods: Two thousand patients,who underwent painless artificial abortion in our hospital between January 2015 and January2016,were included as the subjects in the study. All patients were divided into 4 groups: the low frequency electrical stimulation+traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation group( the study group),low frequency control group,traditional Chinese medicine control group,and no rehabilitation therapy group. The vaginal bleeding time,vaginal blood loss,uterine contraction pain and pain degree in the 4 groups were compared. Results: Compared with the other 3 groups,low frequency electrical stimulation + traditional Chinese medicine( the study group)could effectively shorten the vaginal bleeding time,reduce vaginal blood loss and relieve symptoms of uterine contraction pain( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Using low frequency electrical stimulation and traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation after artificial abortion can reduce postoperative complications,which is safe and effective,and justifies widespread use in clinical settings.
