本文就经超声心动图诊断的371例二尖瓣脱垂综合征病例,就其超声诊断和临床所见进行讨论分析。超声心动图是诊断本病最简便而又可靠的方法,随着高质量的超声仪器投入使用,二尖瓣脱垂超声检出率不断提高。临床提示,直背综合征、甲状腺机能亢进、乳头肌功能不全、房间隔缺损、心肌炎等一些疾病及某些精神因素所致的二尖瓣脱垂发生率比较高。
Abstract：The paper displays a discussion and analysis on mitral valve prolapse syndrome based on 371 eases diagnosed clinically with ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus. It is easy and dependadble to diagnose mitral valve prolapse syndrome with echocardiogram. with higher the guality of the ultrasonic apparatus, the ratio of the number of the mitral valve prolapse detected to that of the undetected keeps increased.And the diagnosis reveals that a large attack rate of the disease has been caused by the stiffness syndrome of back muscle, by the papillary muscle deficiency syndrome by the atrial septal defect, by the myocarditis or by some psychological factors.
