本文对高血压病患者60例的心脏大小及功能在超声心动图的表现进行了研究。发现:一、Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者室间隔左室后壁显著厚于对照组,Ⅱ期患者左室舒张末径显著大于对照组,超声心动图对左室肥大的阳性率较 X 线及心电图为高。二、Ⅱ期高血压患者左室射血分数、左室短径缩短率、平均周边缩短率、左室后壁平均收缩率均较对照组为低。因此,超声心动图检查不失为早期发现心脏肥大及心功能改变的方法。
Abstract：Echocardiography was performed on 60 patients with primary hypertens- ion to study the size and the function of the hearts. 1.The IVS,LVPW in the one-stage and two-stage patients were markedly thicker than those of the control group.The Dd in two-stage patients were significantly greater than that in the control group.The positive rate of LVH in echocardiography was higher than that in X-ray and ECG. 2.The EF,%△D,Vcf,PWE in two-stage patients were lower than those in the control group. Thus we consider echocardiography as a good method in detecting card- iac hypertrophy and dysfunction at the early stage.
