口腔粘液腺囊肿属常见病，常规的治疗方法有非手术囊内注射法和手术切除。鉴于常规方法疗效不很理想，且复发问题尚未完全解决及手术繁琐易出血，不易为患者接受、我们应用CO2激光治疗了75例及冷冻治疗了52例口腔粘液腺囊肿，取得了良好的疗效，总治愈率分别达到98．7％和94．2％。并与常规的囊内药物注射和手术摘除相比较分析，认为激光治疗由于不出血，无疤痕，不易复发，无合并感染，操作简便，是一种较为理想的治疗措施。冷冻治疗局部疼痛轻，不出血，不留痕，但一次治愈率低于激光治疗，在无激光设备时也是种较好的非手术治疗方法。

75 patients with oral mucocele were treated by CO2 laser and other 55 patients were treated by cryosurgery,which were different from routine mothods. The results were satisfactory. The total cure rates were 98. 7% and 94. 2% respectively. Comparing with routine therapies such as the intra-cyst injection and the operation,the laser therapy showed some special advantage including no bleeding and scar, no complicating infection,easy to manipulate,and diffcult to recur. It would be an idcal clinicaI therapy. Cryosurgery presented similar aqdvantages of the CO2 laser but the cure rate was lower than that of the laser. If there was no CO2 laser instrument,cryosurgery would also be a satisfactory non -surgical method to treat oral mucoceles.
