作者对30名肝硬化患者进行了脑诱发电位(EP)的检测,其中检查视觉诱发电位(VEP)23例,脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)26例,正中神经体感诱发电位(SEPS)22例,有28例并同时进行了数字连接试验(NCT)。血氨及脑电图(EEG)分别检查了22及30例。结果表明:27例无肝性脑病的患者有17例(62.96%)出现三项EP中任一项以上的异常,伴或不伴有NCT时间延长,其异常率与肝功能损害程度有关,而血氨及EEG与正常对照组无明显差异。提示EP及NCT对亚临床肝性脑病有诊断意意义,而血氨及EEG对诊断的价值不大。
Abstract:Evoked Potentials (EP) were recorded in 30 paients with hepatic cirrhosis. Among them 23 Cases had Visual evoked potentials (VEPS), 26 had Brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) and 22 had Somatosensory veoked potentials (SEPS), 28 Patients had the number connected test (NCT). At the same time, 22 Cases had the blood ammonia level test and 30 cases had the electroncephalography (EEG) examination. The result show: among 27 Patients without clinical hepatic cncephalopathy 17 (62. 96%) had more than one EP or NCT abnormality. The abnormality rate was correlated with the degree of hepatic function damage, while the blood ammonia level and EEG were not significiantly different from that of normal controls. We conclude that blood ammonia level and EEG have no value for diagnosis of subclinical hepatic encephalopathy, while EP and NCT may be value.
