目的:探讨米诺环素联合螺内酯治疗中度女性成人痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法:将2011年到2013年广州南沙中心医院和广州市第一人民医院皮肤科收治的148例中度女性成人痤疮患者随机分为:A组(50例),采用米诺环素联合螺内酯、阿达帕林凝胶治疗;B组(52例)采用米诺环素联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗;C组(46例)采用阿达帕林凝胶治疗。结果:治疗时间分4个阶段2、4、6、8周。其A组有效率分别为48%、62%、82%、94%,B组为28.85%、40.38%、63.46%、78.85%,C组为10.87%,17.39%、23.91%、28.26%,A、B、C组两两比较有效率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:米诺环素联合螺内酯治疗中度女性成人痤疮安全有效。
Abstract：Objective:To determine the efficacy and safety of minocycline and spironolactone in female adults with moderate acne.Methods:Between 2011 and 2013,we recruited 148 female adults with moderate acne from Guangzhou Nansha Central Hospital and Guangzhou First People' s Hospital.Patients were randomly allocated to be treated with minocycline plus spironolactone and adapalene gel(group A,n=50),minocycline plus adapalene gel(group B,n = 52) and adapalene gel(group C,n = 46).Results:After 2,4,6 and 8 weeks of treatment,group A yielded an effective rate of 48%,62%,82%and 94%,respectively.These figures were28.85%,40.38%,63.46%and 78.85%in group B,and 10.87%,17.39%,23.91%and 28.26%in group C,respectively(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Minocycline plus spironolactone is effective and safe in female adults with moderate acne.
