<正> 历史回顾1777年 Sandifortis 对本病有过描述,1810年 Loveque-Losource 曾尸解1例38岁女性,临床表现头痛、呕吐,听力减退及眩晕。1983年 Toynbee 第一个诊断内听道神经瘤。1894年11月19日 Ballance 从耳科入路对1例49岁女性切除听神经瘤手术。1906年Cushing 第一次手术,认为听神经瘤是位于黑暗三角区肿瘤,手术难度较大。1894年至1910年手术死亡率高达80%1925年 Dandy 主张全切除,死亡率仍高,且多伴术后面瘫,自1945年至1960年死亡率逐
