目的:探讨3.0T磁共振成像高分辨BLADE T2WI联合star VIBE对食管癌T分期的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月至2019年1月本院手术病理证实为食管癌的80例患者3.0T MRI检查资料。由两名阅片者对图像分别进行MRI的T分期,并与术后病理T分期结果进行对照。结果:70例(87.5%)MRI分期准确,其中T1期6例、T2期9例、T3期50例、T4期5例;10例(12.5%)MRI分期错误,其中MRI过高分期4例、过低分期6例。两名诊断医师MRI分期间的一致性好(Kappa=0.682),食管癌MRI分期和病理分期的一致性好(Kappa=0.750)。结论:BLADE T2WI联合star VIBE用于食管癌T分期诊断具有较高的准确性。
Abstract：Objective:To determine the diagnostic value of 3.0 T MR imaging high resolution BLADE T2 WI combined with star VIBE in T staging of esophageal cancer.Methods:3.0 T MRI data of 80 patients with esophageal cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital between January 2017 and January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.T-staging on MR images were evaluated by two independent radiologists.The results were compared with pathological T staging after surgery.Results:Accurate MRI staging was noted in 70 of80 cases(87.5%)including 6 cases of T1 stage,9 of T2 stage,50 of T3 stage and 5 of T4 stage.In 10 of 80 cases(22.55%),MRI stating was incorrect due to over-staging in 4 cases and under-staging in 6.Staging of esophageal cancer was well consistent between two radiologists by MRI evaluation(Kappa = 0.682),and also between the MRI study and pathology(Kappa= 0.75).Conclusion:BLADE T2 WI combined with star VIBE offers high accuracy in T staging diagnosis of esophageal cancer.
