<正> 1905年Von Pinguee1首先报导在急性血清病的动物血清中找到抗原抗体复合物,并提出此病与复合物有关。其后Germathi、Dixon、Cochrance等人先后从1953年到1976年分别在兔的实验性血清病和肾小球肾炎中发现抗原抗体免疫复合物引起组织损伤。近十年来国内外广泛测定血清免疫复合物(简称CIC)并进行临床研究。本研究继续探讨其临床意义。
Abstract：We have detected circulating immune complexes (CIC)by simplified PEG (Polythylene Glycol) assay in 142 cases of serveral common diseases in children, such as acute nephritis, scarlet fever, asthmatic bronchitis, rheumatic fever, systemic lupus erythematosus, and pneumonia, Our, result demonstrates that all of them, except pneumonia, are associated with increased CIC. We also have a brief discussion on the signification of CIC associated with these diseases. The data reveal that CIC may play a pathogenetic role in acute nephritis.
