本文报告26例缺血性脑血管病患者的99mTc—HM—PAO脑SPECT结果,并与临床表现及CT分析比较。全部患者的脑SPECT均为阳性,CT阳性率为76.9％。脑SPECT不仅能发现梗塞病灶,且能发现CT所不能显示的缺血病灶,为临床定位诊断提供新的依据。
Abstract：The results of TC-99m-HMPAO brain SPECT of 26 patients with cerebral ischemic vascular diseases were reported,and were compared with the clinical manifestations and CTs. Brain SPECTs of all patients were positive while positivity of CT was 76. 9%. Brain SPECs showed not only the locations of infarctions, but also the ischemic locations which were not indicated by CTs. Results suggested that SPECT is helpful for localization in clinical diagnoses of ischemic stroke.
