本文对21例小儿轻型心肌炎用脉冲多普勒超声心动图观察其发病时和经治疗3个月时的心功能变化，观察结果未发现轻型心肌炎的心功能有显著变化。同时，还对心肌炎患儿作了血浆AT－Ⅱ浓度测定，结果发现在心肌炎中心脏增大组的AT－Ⅱ浓度显著高于无心脏增大组，为临床心肌炎的诊断和治疗提供了参考。
Abstract：The changes of cardiac function in 21 patients suffering from myocarditis at the first onset or after 3 month treatment were obaerved by means of pulse wave Doppler ultrasonic cardiography . No sinificant changes were found in mild type of myocarditis . The plasma concentration of Angiotensin Ⅱ (AT - Ⅱ) was determined in some children with myocarditis . The results showed tha AT - Ⅱ concentration was higher in cardiac enlargement group than that in the group with normal cardiac shape in myocarditis . The result of our study should have referenhal value as clinical dipois and treatment of myocarditis .
