目的:探讨化腐生肌膏在下肢外伤性慢性皮肤溃疡中的应用方法与效果。方法:将2017年1月至2018年1月广东中能建电力医院收治的100例下肢外伤性慢性皮肤溃疡患者作为研究对象,其中对照组采用百多邦药膏进行治疗,研究组采用化腐生肌膏进行治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:研究组和对照组总体有效率分别为96.0%和74.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组和对照组创面愈合时间、腐肉脱落时间、新生上皮出现时间分别为(19.80±4.75) d和(37.57±6.15) d、(5.85±1.38) d和(7.66±17.97) d、(5.01±1.87) d和(9.83±2.12) d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化腐生肌膏配合合理的护理干预措施可明显提高下肢外伤性慢性皮肤溃疡的治疗效果。

Objective: To investigate the clinical use of Huafu Shengji paste in traumatic chronic skin ulcer of lower extremity and its therapeutic effect. Methods: A total of 100 patients with traumatic chronic skin ulcer of lower extremity admitted to Guangdong Electric Power Hospital of China Energy Engineering Group between January 2017 and January 2018 were included as the subjects in the study. The control group was treated with Bactroban ointment,and the study group was treated with Huafu Shengji paste. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the study group and control group was 96. 0% and74.0%,respectively,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups( P<0.05). The time to wound healing,necrotic tissue loss,neonatal epithelial formation in the study group and control group were( 19.80±4.75) d vs.( 37.57±6.15) d,( 5.85±1.38) d vs.( 7.66±17.97) d,and( 5.01±1.87) d vs.( 9.83±2.12) d,respectively,with statistically significant differences between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Huafu Shengji paste combined with rational nursing intervention may significantly improve the effect in the treatment of traumatic chronic skin ulcer of lower extremity.
