目的:观察阿托伐他汀对糖尿病高脂血症的降脂作用。方法:合并糖尿病的高脂血症患者30例,用阿托伐他汀10 mg,每晚1次,连服2周和4周后各复查血脂1次,进行疗效分析。结果:4周后,血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)水平均有下降,以LDL-C降低。结论:阿托伐他汀降血脂对合并糖尿病的高脂血症疗效快速、确切。
Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of atorpin on fluvastatin on hyperlipidemia in diabetic role of lipidlowering. Methods:30 petients with Hyperlipidemia with diabetes mellitus,With atorvastatin 10 mgper night and even served two weeks and four weeks after the review of lipid 1 for efficacy analysis.Results:After four weeks,all levels of Serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,total cholesterol and triglyeride were decreased,and LDL-C was the most obvious.Conclusion:Hypolipidemic effect of atorvastatin on combined hyperlipidemia diabetes fast and precise.
