目的:探讨乳腺癌的动态增强磁共振成像表现及诊断价值。方法:收集经手术病理证实的27例乳腺癌MRI资料,回顾性分析乳腺癌的MRI影像特点。结果:MRI显示乳腺癌病灶均呈T1WI等或稍低信号,T2脂肪抑制像呈高信号,边缘不规则或有毛刺征,核磁共振动态增强扫描表现为环形强化或从周边到中央强化;以时间-信号强度曲线Ⅱ或Ⅲ型作为乳腺癌诊断标准,其诊断敏感性为97.4%。结论:动态增强磁共振成像对乳腺癌的诊断有较高的临床应用价值。
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical value of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance analysis in diagnosing breast carcinoma.Methods:The magnetic resonance imaging of 27 patients with breast carcinoma verified by histopathology were performed before operations were examined by plain scan and dynamic enhancement scanning were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All cases of breast cancer showed iso-or hypo-intensity on T1-weighted images and high signal on fat-suppressed T2-weighted images,the edge was vague;The special features of breast cancer in dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance analysis were circular enhancement and the contrast medium filled from the margins to the centre of lesions in middle-later phase,signal intensity time curve(typeⅡorⅢ)were taken as diagnostic criteria for breast cancer,its diagnostic sensitivity were 97.4%.Conclusion:Dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance analysis is a effective medical imagingmethod in the diagnosis of breast Carcinoma.
