目的:探讨鼻内镜下治疗慢性病—鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床价值,总结治疗体会。方法:选择我院于2012年8月-2015年7月收治的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者共230例为对象。所有患者均行鼻内镜治疗,术后均随访12月,评价患者治疗结局,记录患者术后并发症发生情况。结果:随访12月后,病情完全控制194例(84.35%),病情部分控制30例(13.04%),病情未控制6例(2.61%),治疗总有效率为97.39%。患者术后并发症发生率为5.65%,经对症处理后症状缓解或消失。未见眶内及颅内严重并发症病例。结论:鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉具有较好的疗效,并发症发生率较低,值得在临床治疗中推广运用。

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of nasalendoscopic treatment of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps and summarize the treatment skill. Methods: 230 cases of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps from August 2012 to July 2015 were included. All the patients underwent nasal endoscopic treatment,the duration of follow up after surgery was 12 months. The outcome of treatment and postoperative complications were recorded and evaluated. Results: 12 months after surgery,thedisease was completely controlled in 194 cases( 84. 35%),the disease was partially controlled in 30 cases( n = 13. 04%),the disease was not controlled in 6 cases( 2.61%),the total effective rate was 97.39%.The incidence of postoperative complications was 5.65%,and the complications were relived or disappointed after treatment. There were no severe complications in orbit and intracranial. Conclusion: Nasal endoscopic treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps has a good effect,the incidence of complications is low,it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
