目的 :研究嗜酸性粒细胞与鼻息肉术后复发和预后的关系。方法 :对 5 1例鼻息肉鼻窦炎患者术前鼻息肉和复发鼻息肉组织均行嗜酸性粒细胞定量测定并进行比较。结果 :嗜酸性粒细胞浸润程度越深 ,鼻息肉越易复发。结论 :嗜酸性粒细胞浸润程度与鼻息肉复发直接相关 ,可做为术后鼻息肉是否治愈的一个判断指标
Abstract：Objective:To study the relationship between eosinphils and recurrence after the nasal polyps operation.Methods:Eosinophils were quantitatively determined and compared in preoperation polyps and recurrent polyps tissue from 51cases of nasal polyps and sinusitis. Result:The higher degree the eosinophil infiltration was, the higher recurrent rate the polyps had.Conclusion:The degree of eosinophil infiltration is directly related to the recurrence of polyps,which can be regarded as an prognosis indicator for polyps.
