目的:探讨高压氧辅助治疗对高血压脑出血(HIH)患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2012年1月至2014年1月于本院住院治疗的43例HIH患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组。21例对照组患者予以手术、控制血压、脱水降颅压等治疗;22例治疗组患者在此常规治疗基础上,予以高压氧辅助治疗,每天1次,10次为1疗程,共3疗程。疗程结束后对两组患者进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组患者接受3疗程高压氧治疗后,治愈率显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧可促进患者神经功能恢复,改善患者预后,值得临床推广。

Objective: To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen as an adjuvant therapy on neurological recovery in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage( HIH). Methods: Forty-three HIH patients hospitalized in our hospital between January 2012 and January 2014 were included as the subjects in the study.Twenty-one patients in the control group received surgery,control of blood pressure,and treatment of reducing intracranial pressure by dehydration. In addition,22 patients in the study group receieved hyperbaric oxygen as an adjuvant therapy on the basis of the conventional therapy,once daily,10 times as a course,a total of 3courses. The effects in the two groups were evaluated after the treatment,and statistically analyzed. Results:HIH patients were randomly divided into the study group [n = 22,16 males,6 females,average age( 43. 23 ±10. 64) years old] and the control group [n = 21,14 males,7 females,average age( 38. 10 ± 10. 03) years old]. After 3 courses of hyperbaric oxygen therapy,the study group showed a significant recovery than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen can promote the recovery of neurological function in patients,and improve prognosis,which justifies widespread use in clinical settings.
