目的:观察津下双套圈法修复Ⅱ区指屈肌腱损伤的治疗效果。方法:对2005年1月至2010年1月广东省鹤山市鹤城镇中心卫生院收治的26例(48指)Ⅱ区指屈肌腱切割伤断裂者采用津下双套圈法予以修复,术后早期保护性功能锻炼,观察患者的伤口愈合情况和住院时间,按TAM系统评价法对疗效进行评价。结果:26例患者(48指)伤口均为一期愈合,平均住院时间(14.5±10.0)d。随访6～14个月(平均9.6个月),患者手指功能恢复满意。优25指、良19指、可4指,总优良率为91.6%。未发现1例肌腱再断裂。结论:津下双套圈法修复屈肌腱操作简单、抗拉力强度大,能为术后早期主动功能锻炼,提供保证,疗效较好。

Objective:To assess the treatment outcomes of Tsushita's double-loop maneuver for repairing region-Ⅱflexor digitorium tendon injury.Methods:A total of 26 patients with region-Ⅱflexor digitorium tendon incision injury(with 48 affected digits) were enrolled from Heshan Hecheng Central Public Health Care Center between January 2005 and January 2010 and were subjected to Tsushita's double-loop maneuver for repairing coupled with postoperative protective functional exercise programs.Wound healing and length of hospital stay were assessed on the basis of TAM systematic scales.Results:PhaseⅠhealing was achieved in 26 patients(48 affected digits) who had a mean hospital stay of(14.5±10.0) days.Movement of digits were well recovered after a follow-up period of 6～14(mean:9.6) months.The 25 digits with superior outcomes,19 with preferable outcomes and 4 with acceptable outcomes yielded an overall preferable rate of 91.6%.Tendon rupture was not reported in all cases.Conclusion:Tsushita's double-loop maneuver secures favorable treatment outcomes as a result of its simplified operation for repairing flexor digitorium tendon injury and the powerful stretching resistance for early implementation of active functional exercise postoperatively.
