目的:探讨赤芍煎剂对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)相关腹腔内高压(IAH)的疗效及其抗炎机制。方法:完全随机将39例重症急性胰腺炎患者分为常规治疗组(19例)和赤芍煎剂治疗组(20例),观察两组患者治疗前后(0、1、7、14d)腹腔内压力(IAP)、血清TNF-α及IL-6的变化。结果:两组治疗后IAP、血清TNF-α及IL-6水平较入院时下降,其中以赤芍煎剂治疗组下降最明显(P<0.05);结论:赤芍煎剂可能通过清除血清炎性介质而明显降低SAP患者腹腔内压力。
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effects of red peony root decoction(RPRD) on intra-abdominal hypertension in patients with sever acute pancreatitis(SAP) and the associated anti-inflammatory mechanisms.Methods:Thirty-nine patients with SAP were randomly assigned to conventional treatment group(n=19) and RPRD treatment group(n =20).This was followed by determination of changes in the levels of intra-abdominal pressure(IAP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) at days 0,1,7 and 14,respectively.Results:Both groups,particularly the PRPD treatment group,evidenced a remarkable reduction in the levels of IAP,TNF-α and IL-6 compared with those on admission(all P <0.05).Conclusion:RPRD may significantly reduce IAP via elimination of inflammatory mediators in patients with SAP.
