本文对20例老年钙化性心脏瓣膜病的病例进行了分析。老年钙化性心瓣膜病主要依靠病史、在主动脉瓣或／及二尖瓣出现的心脏杂音，X线检查上主动脉瓣及二尖瓣部份钙化阴影及超声心动图上显示的主动脉瓣或／及二尖瓣的异常湍流而作出诊断。治疗上有内科治疗和外科治疗，内科治疗上目前国内外推崇使用降钙素钙离子拮抗剂及硫酸软骨素A。外科治疗上国内外多采用瓣置换术或气囊瓣膜成形术，90年代国外还试用主动脉瓣的去钙化治疗。

In this article, we reports 20 aged patients with aclcific cardiac valve disease. This disease is increasing in recent years and also more and more experts pay attention to it. We diagnosed it in dombination with documents and discussed tis causes and treatments. We found this disease bare much relation to the age,and was mainly the pathological changes of cardiac valves. The pathogenesis might be associated with the decalcification of bones and abnormal metabolism of carbohydrate.
