目的:对日本东亚公司的ＳＹＳＭＥＳＥ－９０００全自动五分类血液细胞分析仪进行评价并报告。方法:用手工方法和库尔特ＪＴ－ＩＲ血液细胞分析仪测定与ＳＹＳＭＥＸ ＳＥ－９０００血液细胞分析仪测定进行比较分析。结果:批内、日间精密度:(ＣＶ)ＷＢＣ＜２．４%,ＲＢＣ＜０．７%,ＨＧＢ＜０．７%,ＰＬＴ＜２．２%,其他各参数均＜１%;线性试验:ＷＢＣ在(２．３５~１７９．８７)× １０９/Ｌ,ＲＢＣ在(０．２６~１２．６８)× １０９/Ｌ,ＰＬＴ在(１０－９６２ × １０９/Ｌ)之间,有较好的线性;携带污染率＜０．１%;血液参数对比实验,各ＣＢＣ参数与ＣＯＵＬＴＥＲＪＴ－ＩＲ进行对照、结果有较好的相关性;白细胞分类评价,中性粒细胞,淋巴细胞,单核细胞,嗜酸粒细胞,嗜碱粒细胞相关系数(ｒ)分别为 ０．９６６６,０．９５５６,０．７５０９,０．７４３８,０．６１６１。结论:ＳＹＳＭＥＸ ＳＥ－９０００全自动五分类血液细胞分析仪是一种性能较为优良,值得推广应用的血液细胞分析仪。
Abstract：ve: To evaluate the instrument of SYSMEX SE -9000 Automatic Hematology analyzer. Methods: Blood samples were analyzed with manual method, coulter JT - IR hematology analyzer and SYSMEX SE - 9000 hematology analyzer and the results were compared. Results: The precisions of in-run and between-run were: WBC< 2. 4% , RBC < 0. 7% , HGB < 0. 7% , PLT < 2. 2% , the others < 1 % ; Linearity test showed that within the ranges as follow: WBC(2.35 -179.87) ×109/L, RBC (0.26-12.68) ×1012/L, HGB (6-375g/L), PLT(10-962)× 10 /L,the linearity was good. The rate of cross interference of sample was < 0. 1%. In the comparison of menotology parameters, the results showed that there was a good correlation between the results from SYSMEX SE -9000 and coulter JT - IR analyzer. In the evaluation of leukocyte classification, the r was 0. 9556,0. 9666, 0.7509, 0.6161,0.7438 respectively for granulocytes, lymphocytes mononuelears, eosinophils and basophils. Conclusion; SYSMEX SE -9000 is a good automatic hematology analyzer and is worth of recommendation.
