目的:探索PEDF在妊娠期高血压孕妇中的表达规律。方法:选取本院进行产检的临床诊断为妊娠期高血压以及慢性高血压合并妊娠的妇女70例为实验组,同期产检正常妊娠妇女41例为对照组,收集外周血EDTA-2K抗凝血浆,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血浆PEDF含量。结果:与正常妊娠孕妇相比,妊娠期高血压以及高血压合并妊娠孕妇血浆PEDF水平均明显升高(P<0.05),且PEDF含量是随着妊娠高血压疾病的严重程度而逐渐升高的。结论:PEDF可能作为参与妊娠期高血压疾病发生发展的重要分子发挥作用。
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the expression of PEDF in pregnant women with gestationalhypertension.Methods:Seventy women clinically diagnosed with gestational hypertension or pregnancy withchronic hypertension in our hospital were enrolled as the study group.A contemporary cohort of 41 women withnormal pregnancy was enrolled as the control group.Peripheral blood samples were taken with addition of EDTA-2 K as an anticoagulant. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to measure the level of plasmaPEDF.Results:Compared with normal pregnant women,the plasma PEDF level in pregnant women withgestational hypertension or chronic hypertension was significantly higher(P<0.05),and the PEDF level graduallyincreased with the severity of the gestational hypertension.Conclusion:PEDF may play a role as an importantmolecule involved in the development and progression of gestational hypertension.
