作者应用脉冲染料激光对33例33只青光眼临床前期患者作虹膜光切术，取得了一定的效果，同时也发现了一些并发症，包括有眼内压升高、前房出血、虹膜根部离断和角膜内皮细胞减少等，并就其发生的机制及预防进行了讨论。提出了脉冲染料激光在眼科的应用前景和并发症的预防措施。
Abstract：The petoperative complications in eye part of 33 eyes (33 cases) after iridectomy by dye laser were observed. Their complications included: increase in intraocular pressure ; hyphema ; iris diastasis and decare in cells of corneal endothelium. Its mechanism and prevention were discussed . We suggested that in onier to further spread using the dye laser in ophthalmology , we should pay more attention to the occurmnce of postoperative complications in eye part afer iridectomy by the dye laser .
