目的:研究白血病患儿创伤后应激障碍水平,为预防和治疗白血病患儿创伤后应激障碍,维护和提高白血病患儿心理健康和生活质量提供科学依据。方法:运用创伤后应激障碍症状自评量表(PTSD-SS)对白血病患儿创伤后应激障碍状况进行调查,运用SPSS13.0统计软件对资料进行统计学分析,比较与一般疾病患儿的差异。结果:白血病患儿创伤后应激障碍阳性率为23.6%,PTSD-SS总分及其5个维度包括主观评定、反复重现体验、回避症状、警觉性增高和社会功能受损与一般疾病患儿比较,差异有统,(P<0.01)计学意义。白血病患儿创伤后应激障碍主要受性别、家庭收入及负债状况的影响。结论:白血病患儿创伤后应激障碍水平较高,疾病对患儿造成较大的心理影响。
Abstract：Objective:To study post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) level of leukemia children,in order to provide a theoretical basis and practical instruction for preventing PTSD and improving mental health and living quality of leukemia children.Methods:Investigate the level of PTSD of leukemia children with the Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Self-Rating Seale(PTSD-SS),and the data is performed by the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 13.0.Results:The PTSD positive rate of leukemia children is 23.6%.There are statistically significant differences of level of PTSD between the leukemia children and the general disease children(P<0.01).The level of PTSD of leukemia children have been influenced by different sex,household income and liabilities.Conclusion:The level of PTSD of leukemia children is higher,and it has affected greatly the mental health of leukemia children.
