目的：探讨骨髓增生异常综合征（ＭＤＳ）患者血清白细胞介素８（ＩＬ－８）检测的临床价值。方法：夹心酶联免疫吸附法（ＥＬＩＳＡ法）检测１６例ＭＤＳ患者血清ＩＬ－８，并与正常对照组比较及ＭＤＳ亚型间比较。结果：ＭＤＳ患者血清ＩＬ－８水平显著高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０ ．０５），ＲＡＥＢ／ＲＡＥＢ－ｔ组显著高于ＲＡ／ＲＡＳ组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：ＩＬ－８在ＭＤＳ的发病中有一定作用，ＩＬ－８的检测可为ＭＤＳ的疗效判断及预后转归提供有价值的线索。
Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical significance of the detection of serum interleukin-8 (IL-8) levels in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). Method: 16 patients with MDS and 45 cases of control were subject to the measurement of serum IL-8 levels by sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The serum IL-8 level in patients with MDS was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05 ), and between the two subtypes of MDS that in RAEB/ RAEB-t group was higher than that in RA/RAS group (P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: IL-8 may play some role in the pathogenesis of MDS, and the analysis of serum IL-8 may be valuable for the judgement of therapeutic effectiveness and prognosis of MDS.
