目的:探讨动态监测B超、β-hCG、孕酮对早期先兆流产预测价值。方法:动态监测380例早期先兆流产患者B超、β-hCG、孕酮的变化,以了解流产的病因并评价预后。结果:318例保胎成功,继续妊娠;62例流产。流产组血清孕酮、β-hCG值低于继续妊娠组,动态检测血清孕酮、β-hCG无升高或升高速度极慢;流产组54例B超发现胚囊变形、胎心消失。结论:B超动态监测、β-hCG、孕酮可作为早期先兆流产预后的评价指标。
Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the value of serum B-HCG and progesterone combined with dynamic Bultrasonography in the diagnosis of early threatened abortion.Methods:The combination of B-HCG,progesterone and dynamic B-ultrasonography were performed in 380 patients with early threatened abortion.Results:318 cases of miscarriage were prevented successfully,levels of serumB-HCG and progesterone were significantly lower in threatened abortion group.Conclusion:The combination of serum B-HCG,progesterone and B-ultrasonography are effective in the diagnosis of early threatened abortion.
