诊断超声联合微泡促进葡萄糖透皮吸收的研究

摘要:

目的:通过动物实验研究诊断超声联合微泡对葡萄糖透皮吸收的影响。方法:分对照组及实验组。对照组测定空腹血糖及与溶液接触6 min后血糖。实验组测定空腹血糖,并通过输液泵匀速注入SonoVue混悬液,测定与溶液接触6 min后,测实验兔血糖浓度,分析实验组6 min血糖浓度与对照组6min血糖浓度及实验兔空腹血糖浓度差异。结果:实验兔空腹血糖浓度约为(5.33±0.53)mmol/L,对照组6min血糖浓度约为(5.40±0.50)mmol/L,实验组6 min血糖浓度约为(6.15±0.61)mmol/L,实验组6 min血糖浓度与对照组6 min血糖浓度及实验兔空腹血糖浓度差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论:诊断超声联合微泡可促进葡萄糖透皮吸收,其原理可能与SonoVue增强局部空化作用有关。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate effects of diagnostic ultrasound combined with microbubble on thetransdermal absorption of glucose by animal studies.Methods:A control group and an experimental group wereincluded in the study.The control group was measure for levels of fasting blood glucose and blood glucose level at6 min of dermal contact with glucose solution.The experimental group was measured for fasting blood glucose,theninjected with SonoVue suspension by a constant-speed infusion pump before measured for the blood glucose levelat 6 min of dermal contact with glucose solution.The differences between the 6 min blood glucose level and thefasting blood glucose was analyzed in the experimental and the control group.Results:Fasting blood glucose levelof the experimental rabbits was(5.33±0.53) mmol/ L.6 min blood glucose concentration of the control group was(5.40± 0.50) mmol/ L.6 min blood glucose concentration of the experimental group was about(6.15± 0.61)mmol/ L.And there were statistical differences in 6 min blood glucose levels between the experimental group andthe control group,and between 6 min blood glucose levels and the fasting blood glucose level in either group ofrabbits(P< 0. 05).Conclusion: Diagnostic ultrasound combined with microbubble can promote transdermalabsorption of glucose.The underlying mechanism may be associated with the effects of SonoVue enhanced localcavitation.
