目的:总结关节镜治疗肩袖损伤的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2005年5月至2010年5月广东省佛山市南海区人民医院收治的188例肩袖损伤患者的临床资料,观察关节镜下微创治疗肩袖损伤的疗效。结果:随访1年以上,188例患者中完全缓解138例(73.4%)、部分缓解28例(14.9%)、未缓解22例(11.7%)。结论:通过及时而准确的诊断,并按病情采用相应的术式,关节镜治疗肩袖损伤的疗效较好。
Abstract：Objective:To summarize the treatment outcomes with arthroscopy for rotator cuff injury. Methods:Clinical data of 188 patients with rotator cuff injury hospitalized in our department from May 2005 to May 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.The outcomes of arthroscopic treatment with different options for rotator cuff injury were evaluated.Results:During the follow-up for more than 1 year,Of the 188 patients,73.4% achieved complete remission,14.9%achieved partial remission,and 11.7%did not show any change in the rotator cuff injury.Conclusion:Treatment outcomes for rotator cuff injury is satisfactory with arthroscopy when an accurate diagnosis is determined on time and proper surgical option is selected.
