目的:探讨高端模拟系统(High Fidelity Simulatiao)与团队为基础教学法(Team-based Learning,TBL)结合,在儿科心搏骤停临床实习中应用。方法:选取我院实习的2014级临床医学系部分本科生48名,随机分成实验组(高端模拟系统+TBL教学法);对照组(传统教学法)。记录两组学生课后成绩及对教学方法评价。结果:实验组24人,对照组24人,两组性别(P=0.49)、年龄(P=0.56)无统计学差异。个人技能考核成绩(P<0.001)和临床病例成绩(P=0.003)有统计学差异,实验组高于对照组。教学满意度调查显示实验组对高端模拟系统结合TBL教学法满意度,对照组对传统教学法满意度。结论:高端模拟系统结合TBL教学法在儿科急症的实习教学中能提高学生临床分析能力、团队合作及技能,值得推广。
