目的:探讨冰敷联合西替利嗪和复方甘草酸苷治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法:收集2016年9月至2017年8月广州市番禺区第六人民医院收治的面部激素依赖性皮炎患者87例,按随机数字表分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=44)。对照组口服西替利嗪和复方甘草酸苷进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用冰敷治疗。治疗后2、4、8、12、16周比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后2、4、8、12、16周,观察组治疗有效率均高于对照组(χ²=5.146、5.969、4.395、11.372、13.234,均P<0.05)。结论:冰敷联合西替利嗪和复方甘草酸苷治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎起效快,疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of ice treatment combined with cetirizine and compound glycyrrhizin in facial corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis.Methods:Eighty-seven patients with facial corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis admitted to Guangzhou Panyu District Sixth People's Hospital between September 2016 and August 2017 were included as subjects and divided into the control group(n=43) and study group(n=44) according to random number table.The control group was treated with cetirizine and compound glycyrrhizin,while the study group was additionally given ice treatment.The therapeutic efficacy in two groups was compared at 2,4,8,12,and 16 weeks after treatment.Results:At 2,4,8,12,and 16 weeks after treatment,the rates of effectiveness were higher in the study group than those in the control group(χ²=5.146,5.969,4.395,11.372,13.234,all P<0.05).Conclusion:Ice treatment added on cetirizine and compound glycyrrhizin for treatment of facial corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis may result in rapid action and remarkable therapeutic efficacy.
