目的:探讨连续血液净化治疗老年危急重症患者合并急性肾损伤的疗效。方法:选取2013年3月至2016年3月我院收治的老年危急重症患者合并急性肾损伤124例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组62例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上行连续血液净化治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组患者的系统症状评分及各项血液指标均优于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:连续血液净化治疗老年危急重症患者合并急性肾损伤的临床效果较好。

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of continuous blood purification therapy elderly critically ill patients with acute kidney injury. Methods: Included in this study were 124 elderly critically ill patients with acute kidney disease admitted to our hospital between March 2013 and March 2016. They were randomized into the study group and control group( n = 62 each). The control group received conventional treatment,while the study group received continuous blood purification therapy in addition to the conventional treatment. The clinical efficacy in the two groups of patients were compared. Results: After treatment,the systemic symptom scores and blood parameters in the study group appeared more satisfactory compared with the control group,with significant between-group differences( all P<0.05). Conclusion: Continuous blood purification is effective in the treatment of elderly critically ill patients with acute kidney injury.
