目的:探讨国产阿卡波糖片(卡博平)治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及安全性。方法:将2012年8月至2013年8月开平市第二人民医院收治的40例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组(国产阿卡波糖卡博平,20例)和对照组(进口阿卡波糖卡拜唐苹,20例),治疗8周后,观察两组空腹及餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、TG、TC、HDL-C、等指标。结果:治疗8周后,两组空腹及餐后血糖、HbA1c较治疗前均明显下降,治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组治疗8周后TG、TC、HDL-C等比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:国产阿卡波糖片卡博平是一种有效的口服抗高血糖药物,具有与拜唐苹相近的有效性和安全性。

Objective:To determine the efficacy and safety of acarbose tablets(KabopingTM) in type 2diabetes mellitus.Methods:Between August 2012 and August 2013,we recruited 40 patients with type 2diabetes mellitus from Kaiping Second People' s Hospital who were randomly allocated to be treated with an 8-week course of acarbose tablets(KabopingTM for control group(n = 20) and GlucobayTM for treatment group(n= 20).This entailed assessment of fasting and 2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,total glycerin(TG),total cholesterol(TC) and high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) before and after the treatment.Results:Treatment with acarbose tables in both groups yielded similarly marked reduction in the levels of fasting and 2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin(all P<0.05),but not TG,TC and HDL-C(all P>0.05).The between-group differences in adverse reactions were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with GlucobayTM tablets,KabopingTM tablets are associated with similar efficacy and safety for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
